The Storage Bunker Opens in Medford

The Storage Bunker opens new location in Medford, MA, featuring specialized residential self-storage units, business jumbo self-storage units, office space rental and truck parking.

The Storage Bunker is pleased to announce the opening of its newest self-storage facility located at 20 Sycamore Avenue in Medford, MA.

Phase 1 of this state-of-the-art conversion facility opened in February 2011 and features specialized commercial jumbo sized storage units ranging from 200 to 2,000 SF. The Storage Bunker Medford also offers office space rental to meet the needs of small business operators.

Phase 2 is scheduled to open in early June 2011, and will feature residential units ranging in size from 25-200SF, as well as additional jumbo units ranging in size from 225 to 850 SF, meeting the needs of both residential and business customers. The Storage Bunker will also offer monthly office space rentals with offices ranging in size from 120 to 300 SF.

The new 50,000 SF conversion facility is located less than 4 miles from Downtown Boston and approximately 1/2 mile from I-93, near Rt.28. Warehouse features include; climate controlled units, computerized access, individual unit alarms, video surveillance, and an on-site staff.

The original Storage Bunker opened for business in 2002 at 420 Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown, MA.
