Cugnos Thank City for Support

City of Medford:

We would to take a moment to express our heart felt appreciation to everyone that assisted our family at a difficult time in our lives. A parent’s worse nightmare unfolded last week. One of younger boys went outside for walk to clear his mind and unfortunately got disoriented, ended up getting lost and was missing.

As the hours ticked by, the positive support from the Medford Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police, our family, our friends and strangers (our new friends) was and is still overwhelming.

After 10 hours of being away from home our son walked into a neighboring community’s police station and told the attending officer he was lost and wanted to call his parents.

We are proud to live in a city of thousands that can come to the aid of one. Our re-instilled pride in the City of Medford to organize as a community is incredible.
