Boys Lax Secures GBL Title

Senior goalie Cam Howard has been key in the net for the Mustangs.

With a big win over Cambridge, the boys varsity lacrosse team clinched the Greater Boston League title. Tuesday’s 6-4 victory over Cambridge improved the Mustangs’ record to 4-0 in the GBL and 7-4 overall.

According to Head Coach Mike Engel, the team has notched some “good wins” over Northbridge and Watertown, and another big game facing Medford this week is against Woburn. The visiting team from Woburn will take the field against Medford at 4:00pm on Thursday.
