Agliano Recognized for Superior Service as Realtor

Deb Agliano, aka DebOnTheWeb, a REALTOR® with ERA Andrew Realty of Medford and Stoneham was awarded the prestigious 2010 Angie’s List Super Service Award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately 5 percent of all companies rated on the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews of local service companies.

Deb is a REALTOR® with over 20 years experience in real estate marketing and sales. She is a recognized real estate speaker and trainer and a Certified Instructor for the Massachusetts REALTOR® Institute. Deb is also a contributor to the real estate textbook, The Complete Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Exam. A forerunner in the use of technology for real estate, Deb was the first ERA Real Estate Agent in the nation to sell a house over the internet in 1995. Since then, she has utilized technology extensively in her real estate marketing and overall career. Eugene Flanagan Joins ERA Andrew Realty

John Veneziano, Broker/Owner of ERA Andrew Realty, is pleased to announce the addition of Eugene Flanagan, an experienced REALTOR® to the ERA Andrew Realty sales team.

Flanagan, who has more than eight years experience listing and selling both residential and commercial real estate, was most recently affiliated with another Boston-based real estate company. As an ERA Andrew REALTOR®, Flanagan will continue to service the Greater Boston and Boston North areas as before, however, with ERA Real Estate’s global referral network, he will now be able to assist those wishing to buy or sell a property anywhere across the state, nation and 41 other countries and U.S. territories.

Born in Manhattan and raised on the New Jersey Shore, Flanagan spent more than 30 years living and working in New York City. Prior to moving to Boston, Flanagan spent seven years working as a REALTOR®. His previous professional background also includes 14 years as the owner/operator of a successful printing company.

Over the years, Flanagan has been involved in a wide array of professional, civic and charitable organizations. He served as a board member of New York City’s Irish Arts Center for seven years and was an active volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of Upstate New York and the Food Bank of Redbank, NJ. Presently, he is a parishioner of East Boston Sacred Heart Church and remains a member of The Irish Business Organization (IBO) of New York. Flanagan is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Flanagan resides in East Boston with his wife and son. When not enjoying time with his family here or in New Jersey, you will find the avid sports fan enjoying biking and golfing.
