Bloomberg Leads NYC on 10th Anniversary of 9/11

Michael Bloomberg, a billionaire businessman and philanthropist originally from Medford, was elected Mayor of New York City shortly after September 11, 2001. Bloomberg is serving his third term as NYC Mayor and he led the city in its ceremony marking the tenth anniversary of the terrorist attacks and the opening of the 9/11 memorial at Ground Zero.

Bloomberg greets President Barack Obama. Former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush were also part of the ceremony.
