High Schools Hold Open Houses for Interested Students

Medford High School and Medford Voke Tech Grade 8 Open House October 19

Grade 8 students and their parents are cordially invited to attend an Open House at Medford High School on Wednesday evening, October 19, from 6:30 to 8:30pm.

The evening will begin with a reception inside the main entrance to the school. Students and parents who arrive early will enjoy an orchestra rehearsal. In the auditorium at 6:30, a few key members of the school community will speak briefly about Medford High School and outline the evening’s schedule of events. That schedule will include conferences with teachers, guidance counselors, and curriculum directors, who will discuss the school’s 13 Advanced Placement courses, 30 honors courses, the varied fine arts offerings, the full range of college preparatory and vocational education programs, and special education services.

In addition, a tour of the facilities will feature an art exhibit, athletic fair, and extra-curricular activity fair..

This Open House is intended for students who are considering enrolling in the academic or vocational programs of Medford High School. Grade 8 students are encouraged to invite their parents and other members of their families to join them at the Medford High School Grade 8 Open House.

Curtis/Tufts High School Open House Wednesday, October 5

The Curtis Tufts welcomes you to our Open House from 7:00-8:00PM. Please take this opportunity to meet the director, teachers, and support staff, and tour the school. The Curtis/Tufts is an alternative high school program that provides hope for students that have not succeeded in a mainstream high school.
