October Snow Halloween Trick, Not Treat!
|An unseasonable, extremely early storm dropped snow across the state and much of the Northeast just two days before Halloween. Thousands are without power in Massachusetts and western parts of the state could receive upwards of a foot of snow. In Medford residents woke up to find a couple of inches of slushy snow covering most surfaces. With temperatures expected to climb into the forties and sun forecast for Sunday, much of the snow will likely melt. Monday, Halloween, is expected to be sunny with a high near fifty.
