Medford Bank Robbed Monday Morning

On Monday morning a man wearing a Harvard sweatshirt threatened a bank teller and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Medford Police.
Police say the suspect entered the Members Plus Credit Union on High Street in Medford Square on Monday morning around 10AM and approached the lone teller on duty. He allegedly handed the teller a note that said “give me all the cash in your drawer or you die in 5 minutes.” No weapon was shown or mentioned. The suspect fled out of the credit union and was last seen running toward Bradlee Road, which is behind the bank.
The suspect is described as a white male approximately 5’07†– 5’09†with a “stocky, muscular build.” He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt that said “Harvard,” blue jeans, a faded baseball cap, black sunglasses, and blue rubber gloves.
