Annual Health and Wellness Expo April 28th

The second annual Health and Wellness Expo is Sunday, April 28th. There will be interactive and complimentary health screenings as well as fitness classes and sports clinics throughout the day.

The event is taking place from 10AM-2PM in the Medford High School gym and fitness center (489 Winthrop Street). The event is free and open to the public.

Activities include interactive and complimentary health screenings, sports clinics and fitness classes, health and wellness lectures, and strength training bootcamps. There will be exhibitors in categories such as general health, preventive health, nutrition, and financial health.
