Margaritas Launches Summer Menu

Margaritas Mexican Restaurant is embracing the season and heating up the Northeast with a summer menu that introduces 12 tasty new dishes. Heralded for its commitment to authentic Mexican flavors, fun atmosphere and namesake margaritas, the 24-unit franchise launched the Verano Mexicano menu on May 28.

The menu layers innovation and new flavors to classic favorites, in addition to light, mouth-watering dishes that are ideal for the season. The Verano Mexicano offers delicious, made-to-order appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverages – appealing across all dayparts, lifestyles and consumer palates. A variety of Mexican-inspired fare is available and more than half of the dishes are priced at a great summer value of less than $10. Some of the new items include:

– Tuna Tacos: Ahi tuna seared medium rare, orange slaw, onion and cilantro, chipotle aioli and three-pepper sauce in white corn tortillas.

– Coconut Shrimp Salad (Less than $10.00): Magic dusted shrimp tossed in coconut sauce over shredded lettuce, salsa fresca, roasted corn salsa, cucumbers and cotija cheese. Served with tequila lime dressing.

– Salmon Tacos: Seared salmon, red cabbage, tomatoes, crema and chimichurri glaze in white corn tortillas.

In addition to the new menu, Margaritas is offering guests the chance to win a weekly $50 Margaritas gift card just by snapping a photo of friends having fun at any location and posting it to Instagram with #MargsSummer. One random winner will be selected each week throughout June and July.
