Mustang Hockey Players to Participate in Bay State Games in Summer

The Mustang boys hockey team will be well represented at the Bay State Games this summer.

Five members of the varsity hockey team were selected to skate for team Metro. They include goalie AJ Ansaldi, forwards Jake Moore, Brendan Hussey, and DJ Galvin, and defenseman Brian Whooley. This is Ansaldi and Moores’ second consecutive summer skating for team Metro.

The tournament takes place at the New England Sports Center in Marlboro, MA with Metro playing July 11th at 5:00pm vs. West; July 12th at 1:00pm vs. Central and 8:10pm vs. Southeast; July 13th at 2:40pm vs. Northeast; and July 14th at 9:50am vs. Coastal, followed later in the day by the gold or bronze medal game.

The Bay State Games is an Olympic style competition held annually since 1982.
