Fusco Leads Legion Baseball Team in Win Over Weston

On Thursday night the Medford Post 45 baseball team continued their winning ways with a 14-5 road win over Weston.

Arlington Catholic’s Mark Fusco got the win on the mound. Fusco pitched six innings and teammate Justin Alley followed up with a scoreless seventh inning, according to Caoch Ryan Kozul.

Fusco also had three RBI’s. Kevin Andrew scored three runs while fellow Mustang Dom Ramasci also scored three runs and had two RBI’s. John Lavoie contributed three RBI’s and had two hits.

Medford is 14-3 and is in second place overall in District 5. The 45ers host third place Hudson in a possible playoff preview on Saturday morning. First pitch is at 11AM at Playstead Park.
