Harvard, MHS Students Help Clean Up City
|Mayor McGlynn is pictured below with graduate students of Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and members of the Mustang football team who volunteered on Thursday and Friday to beautify the city. The students cleaned along Clippership Drive, into Medford Square, and further up the Mystic River beyond the Memorial Park ball fields, according to information released by Mayor McGlynn’s office.
“Without this tremendous volunteer work, we could not have got all this debris cleaned up,” said the Mayor. “We appreciate everyone’s teamwork, including our DPW and our Tree Warden, Aggie Tuden.”
