Hotel Last Building to Join Station Landing Development

The eighth and final building to be developed at Station Landing will be a hotel. According to National Development Director Ted Tye, it will be the first AC Hotel by Marriott in the Boston area. The hotel will have 152 rooms, a bar, a bistro, and a small pool. Tye described the hotel as a “boutique hotel” with a “European vibe.” Construction of the hotel, which will be located at the intersection of Station Landing and Presidents Landing across from the parking garage, will begin in late 2014.

A rendering of the hotel was unveiled at Medford City Hall on April 4 (pictured below).
