My name is P.J. and I’m a 3 to 5 year old handsome male cat. I was a stray out on the streets and a nice lady took me to Kitty Connection so I could find a furever home. I’m a sweet guy and get along with other cats. I love being petted and especially being brushed! I really love treats and I bet you could teach me some tricks if it means I could get more treats. I already stand up on my hind legs for my treats now. I can get overwhelmed with attention and might nip at you a bit but I never hurt or actually scratch anyone. It would be great to have someone to love who could show me that the world is a kind and gentle place! Could it be you?

Spirit

Please note: Spirit is deeply discounted because he suffers from separation anxiety, so he will do best in a home where someone is home most of the time. A Homeowner is preferred to adopt Spirit because of barking.

Spirit is a white, 5 year old, about 18 lb., male, non-shedding, Malti-Poo (half Maltese/half Poodle). He would do best as the only dog, since he is afraid of some dogs, especially large ones. He hasn’t been around young children, or cats. He is a very sweet and gentle boy. He loves to play with people and seems to love everyone he meets. He may bark at first, but that is only because he is excited. He understands a lot of English and is very responsive to words. He also loves to sing. If someone starts to sing, or play the harmonica, all they have to do is hit a high note and hold it; then Spirit will join in. He gets excited right after, and becomes frisky. He is a highly intelligent little boy! Spirit is Neutered, up to date on Vaccinations, and Heartworm tested!

Kitty Connection is a no-kill, all volunteer rescue based in Medford and dedicated to helping animals in need. KC provides foster homes for them until they are adopted into loving, forever homes.

Cats/dogs are sometimes temporarily staying at foster homes away from the area.
