Oona, Mystique Seeking Homes

Oona

My name is Oona and I’m a 12 week old female kitten who would love to have a home with another young cat to play with. I was trapped with my mom and another sibling, and put in foster care. The tip of my ear was surgically removed because this is done to “ferals” after they are spayed or neutered. This lets other potential rescuers that I have been “fixed”. They thought I was feral and would need to go back outside if someone could not socialize me. Well, to everyone’s surprise, other than being a little scared, I’m a real sweetie. I am already purring and am very comfortable being held and loved by my foster mom. What they thought would take weeks, has only taken me days to enjoy being inside with people. I do need someone that has time to acclimate me to my new home and has the time & patience to allow me to further my socialization process. Here I am with my new friend, Vince. Perhaps we could go home together.

Mystique

My name is Mystique and I’m a 6 yr old American bully female needing a home.

I am extremely friendly and regardless of my build, I have plenty of energy to want to run and play. I am a real people dog and get along with other dogs. I was used for breeding and I am now no longer needed. I am hoping that I will get a home where I will be loved and cared for as a member of the family.

Kitty Connection is a no-kill, all volunteer rescue based in Medford and dedicated to helping animals in need. KC provides foster homes for them until they are adopted into loving, forever homes.

Cats/dogs are sometimes temporarily staying at foster homes away from the area.
