Vader

My name is Vader, an all black 2 year old boy. I was scared when I first came to Kitty Connection; I had been abandoned in a trailer park and was traumatized by that ordeal. Imagine your parents dumping you in a strange environment… ! My trust had been shaken, but I have not given up hope that I can and will be loved forever. After being here in the Kitty Connection Rescue Room for a little time now, I have completely come around and am a confident fellow! All the KC volunteers have given me so much love and attention that I am a changed cat! I am mellow and chill but absolutely LOVE being petted and stroked, and have a beautiful coat of fur that you cannot resist running your fingers through. I cannot wait to go home with you!

Oscar

My name is Oscar and I’m an 8 yr old mini dachshund. I’m a really sweet guy. I’m a little timid at first but do great once I feel comfortable. I enjoy people and live with two cats. I am scared of bigger dogs but do great with dogs my own size. My owner is very sad but the landlord says I have to go. Please brighten my life with a home.

Kitty Connection is a no-kill, all volunteer rescue based in Medford and dedicated to helping animals in need. KC provides foster homes for them until they are adopted into loving, forever homes.

Cats/dogs are sometimes temporarily staying at foster homes away from the area.
