Mayor, School Superintendent Provide Snow Removal Update
|Mayor Michael McGlynn and School Superintendent Roy Belson discussed snow removal during a City Hall press conference on Friday that covered a variety of topics. As the city braces for yet another significant storm, the Mayor said there is plenty of ice and salt to last through this stormy season. He also said the state will likely step in to assist communities that have acquired snow removal budget deficits. School Superintendent Belson said the last day of school, given the seven snow days, is currently June 29.
