State Tourney Run Ends for Mustang Softball Team

The Medford High School softball team’s impressive state tournament run came to an end on Sunday with a 7-1 loss to Methuen at Martin Field in Lowell.

The Lady Mustangs made school softball history by advancing to the final round of the North Division 1 tournament.  They beat Beverly, Lowell, Boston Latin, and Central Catholic during their state tourney run.
