Tufts to Conduct Emergency Drill June 15

On Monday, June 15 the Tufts University, Medford, and Somerville police departments will be participating in an emergency drill.  

According to information released by Tufts, the drill will take place between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.  

In addition to emergency vehicles on campus near the library and Cohen parking lot, the simulation will include audio intended to sound like gun fire.  The fake gun shots will sound at 10 AM, according to Tufts.  Volunteers posing as patients will be wearing make-up to appear injured.

There are also parking restrictions in place on campus.
