Raso’s Introduces New Menu
|Both inside and outside Raso’s Grille, it is clear to see that everyone is having fun. Sounds of laughter emanate throughout the modern bar and two adjacent dining rooms, spilling on to the outside patio, where the strings of lights illuminate an oversized projection screen..
With the warm weather approaching, Raso’s Grille is the place to be for after-work cocktails, end-of-day nightcaps and all-sorts-of –delicious-dining during and in-between, just minutes from the big city.
Raso’s New Menu
Raso’s new menu features loads of old world Italian specialties prepared with a modern flair. Heaping, oversized portions are plentiful at this suburban gem, including many recipes handed down from generation to generation. Shouts of Italian can be heard in the kitchen as chefs toss up handspun pizza dough and prepare homemade delicacies.
Raso’s New Menu features:
Eggplant Rollatini: stuffed with fresh ricotta, mozzarella and topped with Raso’s own marinara
Arancini: Delicate mounds of risotto combined with a chef’s daily choice of fun-food specialty and fried to a golden brown. Specialty arancini include: Chicken Parm, Shrimp Scampi and Bolognese.
Spaghetti Limoncello: with artichoke hearts, roasted peppers and your choice of chicken and shrimp, all tossed n a limoncello wine sauce.
Mafalda Bolognese: Long ribbons of freshly-made pasta topped with Raso’s own meaty Bolognese.
Veal Marsala, Picatta or Saltimboca with roasted peppers, prosciutto, mushrooms and provolone
Baked Stuffed Haddock with crabmeat cracker crumbs
Fruiti di Mare: Stellar assortment of mussels, clams, calamari, haddock and shrimp, sautéed in a white or red fra diavolo sauce, served over linguine.
Black Angus NY Sirloin: with creamy mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and a port wine demi.
This popular spot for casual dining also serves flame grilled barbecue, creative thin crust pizzas, oversized salads, Panini sandwiches and fun finger foods until closing.
Nightly Specials include gorgeous dishes: seared tuna with coconut jasmine rice and pineapple salsa, marinated & grilled octopus salad with white beans over arugula, frisee and roasted red peppers, and pork chops marsala.

South Beach Martini: Stoli Vanil vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, shaken with a cherry.
Pink Lemonade-tini: Absolut Citron, triple sec, sour mix and a splash of cranberry.
Espresso Martini: Triple espresso vodka, vanilla vodka and freshly brewed espresso
Lemon Drop: Absolut Citron and a squeeze of fresh lemon, shaken 100 times per instruction of owner Richard Raso, served with a sugared rim.
