Agliano Earns 2014 Super Service Award

Deb Agliano (DebOntheWeb), a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services of Medford and Stoneham, has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the consumer review site in 2014. This marks the fourth time Agliano has received this distinguished honor, having first been named a 2010 Super Service Award winner and again in both 2012 and 2013.

“Only about 5 percent of the real estate companies Agliano competes with in the Boston North area have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”

Agliano has been a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services (formerly ERA Andrew Realty) for the past 24 years. A forerunner in the use of technology for real estate, Agliano was the first ERA Real Estate Agent in the nation to sell a house over in the internet in 1995. Since then, she has utilized technology extensively in her real estate marketing and overall career. She is a well recognized expert in real estate technology and is a regular speaker and trainer at real estate conventions and events across the state and throughout New England. In 2015, she will once again be a featured instructor at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®’ Annual Conference held in Danvers in September. Additionally, Agliano is a Certified Instructor for the Massachusetts REALTOR® Institute and a contributor to the real estate text book, The Complete Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Exam.

A top producing REALTOR®, Agliano has received numerous awards throughout her career, but says that being a four-time Angie’s List Super Service Award winner is one accomplishment for which she is most proud.

“This award comes from my clients and reflects how pleased they were with my services and the level of care I provide, “Agliano explained. “It’s truly the highest compliment I could receive.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2014 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Members can find the 2014 Super Service Certification logo next to company names in search results on AngiesList.com.

Goode Joins RE/MAX Andrew Realty

John Veneziano, Broker Owner of RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services of Medford and Stoneham, is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Goode, a REALTOR® and Malden resident, to the RE/MAX Andrew sales team.

As a RE/MAX Andrew REALTOR®, Goode offers both seller representation and buyer representation. He specializes in the marketing and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as land and new developments. Goode primarily services the Greater Boston and Boston North areas, however with RE/MAX’s extensive relocation network, he is also able to assist those looking to buy or sell properties anywhere across the state, nation and 90+ other countries.

Goode is a member of a variety of professional organizations, including the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Born and raised in Locust Fork, Alabama, Goode is a Malden resident and an active-duty Petty Officer of the United States Coast Guard. Prior to transferring to Boston, he served two years in St. Petersburg, Florida conducting anti-narcotic operations for the Coast Guard. Goode’s previous professional background also includes two years working as an Anesthesia Technician. He also gained sales experience working as a car salesman.
