Become a Master Chef at Salvatore’s
|This September, Salvatore’s Restaurant, the upscale casual Italian restaurant with five locations in the Greater Boston area, is hosting an exclusive cooking series with Executive Consulting Chef Antonio Veneziano at its Lawrence, Andover and Medford locations. During the last three Wednesdays of the month, the Italian born chef will take his knowledge and passion of cooking to a different location, leading a hands-on cooking class followed by a multi-course dinner each week.
Classes begin at 6:00PM when Chef Veneziano leads guests through the ins and outs of different ingredients such as pasta; beef, chicken and pork; seafood; mozzarella and more. Immediately following the class, guests will sit down with chef to enjoy a multi-course meal along with two glasses of Salvatore’s signature white or red wine.
Chef Veneziano made a life-changing decision when he switched his study from medicine to culinary arts, and he hasn’t looked back since. Born and raised in Southern Italy, he found his true passion for food when he moved to Florence and worked amongst the finest chefs and cuisines in the country. He has since brought decades of expertise and a world-renowned taste to Salvatore’s as the company’s executive consulting chef.
