Mustang Soccer Teams Qualify for State Tournament

Both the MHS girls and boys soccer teams have qualified for the state tournament.

The girls, 6-10-1, are seeded tenth out of eleven teams in North Division 1. They face Methuen (#7, 10-5-3) on Thursday. The game is at 6:00 PM at Nicholson Stadium. The winner will advance to the quarter final round to face Masconomet, which is seeded second at 16-2-0.

The boys, 12-2-4, are seeded sixth out of eighteen teams in North Division 1. They open up the state tournament at home against Acton-Boxboro (#11, 7-4-7). The game is taking place at 4:00 PM at Medford High School. The winner will face either Malden (#3, 14-2-2) or Andover (#14, 7-5-6).
