Brenda Cole Joins RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services
Brenda Cole, a local REALTOR® and Medford resident, has joined RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services, announced John Veneziano, Broker/Owner of the Medford and Stoneham based real estate company.
Born in Medford and raised in both Medford and Wakefield, Cole knows the Greater Boston/Boston North areas well. She is a graduate of Boston University who holds both a BS Degree in Health Sciences and a Masters Degree in Education. In addition, Cole is also a certified Conflict Resolution Manager who successfully completed Harvard University’s Mediation Certificate Program.
Cole brings to the business a wealth of managerial experience and diverse business expertise gleaned from her previous professional background and from the boards on which she has served and continues to serve to this day. Most recently, Cole worked for the MA Department of Public Health as the Director of STD Prevention Division, Bureau of Infectious Diseases from 2010-2015; and as Director of Health Services, Offices for HIV/AIDS from 2000-2010. Prior to that, Cole served as Tufts University’s Deputy Director of the Center for Environmental Management where her job responsibilities included the management of the Asbestos Information Center where she developed a curriculum for asbestos and lead paint abatement.
Presently, Cole serves on the Board of Trustees of Eastern Bank, a position she has held since 2011. She is also a member of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Medford Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, over the years, Cole has also served on the Board of Directors of the Wainwright Bank and Trust Company (1993-2011), as well as the Board of Directors of BAGLY (Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Youth) from 1989-1991, and the Board of Directors of PFLAG of Greater Boston (Parents, Families, Friends and Allies United with LGBTQ People to Move Equality Forward) in 1993.
As a RE/MAX Andrew REALTOR®, Cole offers both seller representation and buyer representation. She specializes in the marketing and sale of residential and commercial properties and primarily services the Greater Boston and Boston North areas.
