Richard Lee Reading Room Dedicated at the Medford Public Library

On Monday, December 14, 2015, a dedication ceremony was held at the Medford Public Library for the Richard Lee Memorial Reading Room in honor of our former City Manager and Director of Budget and Personnel.

Lee’s portrait, by local artist Yvonne Parma, was unveiled by his wife Cheryl (pictured), daughter Meghan and son Andrew.
