Burke’s Transition Team to Hold Constituent Services Meetings

The Constituent Services Subcommittee of Mayor-Elect Stephanie M. Burke’s Transition Team will be holding three public meetings to gather ideas from the community.

The aim of the Constituent Services Subcommittee is to provide a forum for the community to brainstorm together. The focus will be on ways to improve communication with the public and the delivery of services in the city.

At the conclusion of the public forums, input garnered will be utilized to create a citywide survey on opportunities to augment the methods of communication moving forward.

Meetings are being held during the day and in the evening with the goal of including as many community voices as possible.

The meeting dates and times are as follows:

7 PM, Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the South Medford Fire Station

3 PM, Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at the Medford Senior Center

7 PM, Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the West Medford Community Center
