Medford Chamber’s Health/Wellness Expo, Freedom 5K May 22

The Medford Chamber of Commerce Annual Health/Wellness/Business Expo & Freedom 5K road race will be held on Sunday, May 22nd from 9 am to 12 noon at Medford City Hall.

The Expo is one of the chamber’s biggest events of the year. As part of the Expo, local businesses come together and provide valuable knowledge, resources, entertainment and exercise in order for people to maintain a healthy balance in their lives. These exhibitors provide the community with invaluable knowledge and provide a day filled with exciting activities, classes, clinics, demos and giveaways. The Chamber is always looking for exhibitors to join us. May is Small Business Month so this is a great opportunity to showcase your business.

This year a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Medford Public Library and the Chamber’s Annual Military Luncheon.

The Freedom 5K Road race is being held at Hyatt Place on Riverside Ave. The race begins at 10:00. Veterans and active military receive a reduced race registration fee. Online race registration is at http://www.3craceproductions.com. Race registration forms are available at the library.
