Police Chief, Sheriff to Address Seniors on Scams

Middlesex Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian and Medford Police Chief Leo Sacco will meet with local seniors on Tuesday, June 21, at the Medford Senior Center to discuss ways residents can protect themselves from existing and emerging scams.

The event is taking place at 1:00 pm at 101 Riverside Avenue.

The presentation is part of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office L.E.A.R.N. (Law Enforcement And Residents Networking) Program. The L.E.A.R.N. program is focused on educating and informing the public through collaboration with local and regional law enforcement agencies. The events include a formal presentation and opportunities for community members to engage in dialogue around public safety matters.
