Medford Interfaith Clergy Celebrate Thanksgiving at Kurukulla Center
|On Sunday, November 20, more than 100 people gathered from across Medford at the Kurukulla Center for Tibetan Studies for the Medford Interfaith Clergy’s Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service, “Medford Give Thanks.” The gathering was also a food drive for Medford’s food pantries and raised over 50 bags of food to help support those facing food insecurity in the community. Speakers included Mayor Stephanie Burke and representatives from Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Muslim, Jewish and Unitarian Universalist traditions. The evening celebrated Medford’s diversity as a sign of unity in a divided nation.
